For Construction Clients:

  • Reservation Fee: ₱50,000 – deductible from the total contract price (locks your slot and starts design)

  • Initial Payment: 30% to 50% upfront

  • Milestone Payments:
    💵 The remaining balance is divided into 3 or 4 clear project stages, with each stage payable before that phase begins — not after.

    Pre-Turnover Testing:

    We conduct a 2-week full-system run before turnover — testing and checking all functions in the house to ensure everything works properly prior to move-in.

    Retention Clause:
    A 10% retention from the total contract price will be held and released 2 weeks after official handover, provided no defects or pending issues are found.

  • Refund Policy:
    Reservation fees are non-refundable once planning has begun.
    For major payments, refunds may be considered only before mobilization, subject to documentation and a signed mutual agreement. Once construction has started, all payments are committed to project costs.
